For many of our customers Memorial Day marks the official kickoff of the watersports season. With kids out, or nearly out of, school for summer, and warmer days in the forecast, it's time to head to the lake and make some memories with family and friends.

Given everything we've been through over the last year, this time honored tradition is even more appreciated this year, so we hope you're able to get the boat out of storage and go have some fun.

Memorial Day is also a busy time for our team, so we make it a priority to give everyone the day off to enjoy a 3-day weekend and make their own memories on the water. As a result, you'll see some impacts from a service and operations perspective:

• Our Customer Advocates and Product Advisors will be out of the office on Monday May 31st, returning on Tuesday June 1st.
• Our warehouses will be closed on Monday May 31st, so no orders will be shipped, and no returns will be processed.
• Our freight partners (UPS, FedEx and USPS) will not be delivering packages, so you'll see an additional 1-day delay for all orders.
