Looking to make a premiere women's specific wakesurf board, Hyperlite looked at their highly popular Shim shape for inspiration. The new Hyperlite Good Daze is a fun hybrid shape perfect for skilled female wakesurfers looking to take their riding to the next level.

The Good Daze is an innovative hybrid shape that boasts equal amount of skim and surf style for a versatile, fun ride. A speedy fast rockerline allows it to carry lots of speed and surf waves of all sizes. Its tapered profile keeps it highly maneuverable for rotational and air tricks. The blended rail design makes it easy to break free like a skimmer but can still dig deep into a turn like a pure surf style board. A full EVA traction pad from tip to tail allows you to comfortably place your feet anywhere on the board. Equipped with Futures fin boxes, ride with just the outside surf fins for a more locked-in feel or just the single center fin for a loose skimmer feel.

The Good Daze women's wakesurf board is shaped with an EPS foam core to give it that lightweight, responsive high-performance surfer feel and then wrapped in Hyperlite's exclusive Dura-Shell construction for unbeatable durability. This board is built to perform and built to last.

Great All Around Board

First, the board construction is great considering the manufacturer. My first ever board was the broadcast (2013) and it is a thin and heavy mass production unit (not sure if that's changed since then). Hyperlite stepped it up with a true foam core to add some buoyancy and give you usable rails. The shell seems robust and should take a beating.

This board is super stable and forgiving. I'm no pro, but I'd classify this as beginner to intermediate. It should be a great starter board for anyone and will definitely allow some progression into harder turns and spins. For me, it's a little too stable for really hard cuts but handles very well swooping into and out of the flats.

I got the 4'7" and the size chart is pretty accurate. At 150lbs it's perfect, but had a 210 pounder try it and it was a bit small.

This should become a staple on my boat for the girls and the guys.
