The Phase Five MVP V4 skim wakesurf board, developed by John Akerman, is designed for aggressive skim-style riding, with full-deck P5 Techno Grip traction and raised kicks at both ends giving you control in a natural or revert stance. Phase Five tapers the core through the nose and tail to increase sensitivity, while the refined outline gives you more control on larger, steeper waves when the conditions get demanding. A bat tail, pulled-in pin nose, and V-Spline bottom contours work together to generate speed and responsive handling, so the board reacts the moment you shift your weight instead of lagging behind you. Built with durable Hybrid Carbon construction and a single 1" Skim Fin, the MVP V4 provides the pop, release, and foot control advanced riders demand once they're pushing the limits of what the wave will let them do.
