The quality of the 2024 liquid force flex heritage comp vest is not good.

The stitching around the neck collar separated after the first day.

It looks pretty but is not durable.

The issue I have is how this company reacts to a concern. I requested to be sent a new jacket and a return shipping label to get a replacement and send the defected one back to them. They will not do that. They won’t respond to me anymore after weeks of follow up.

The lack of integrity and lack of care to their reputation is why I will not be using this company again.
