World of difference for a direct drive!
Still playing with ballast balance throughout the boat, but definitely don’t have to list the boat to the rub rails anymore! Much safer with a balanced boat! We now use the full length of surf rope to get up and the wave height is mid-thigh vs. below the knees. Have to watch the return to boarders b/c the wake shaper tends to steer the boat a bit on idle (just have to get used to it and adjust). Overall, very impressed and excited for the rest of the season!!
