WakeMAKERS INDUSTRY SURVEY & SWEEPSTAKES (“CONTEST”) SPONSORED by WakeMAKERS AND ADMINISTERED BY WakeMAKERS. (“ADMINISTRATOR”).

CONTEST BEGINS ON October 19, 2022 1:00pm (Pacific time zone) AND ENDS ON November 10, 2022 AT 9:00 AM (Pacific time zone). (“CONTEST PERIOD”).

HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entries to the contest are collected through one channel:

Completion and submission of "The State of the Industry Survey" which can be found via a link on https://www.wakemakers.com/survey with a valid email address.

Survey submissions will become property of WakeMAKERS. Survey submissions will be considered one entry. Maximum 1 survey submission per individual. All the above entries must be received by WakeMAKERS during the Contest Period. Chance of winning depends on number of entries received. Entrants are not guaranteed to win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator. All entrants who participate in social media authorize the Administrator to use any associated data to collect their entries. Due to privacy settings, it cannot be guaranteed that every entry will be received or will have an equal chance of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.

PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES: One winner will be chosen at a time. Random number generators will be used to ensure impartiality of the decision and treat every entry equally, but due to challenges associated with privacy rules across platforms, ultimately the Administrator reserves the right to select winners in any manner that they deem to be fair and appropriate. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be sent an email and will have twenty-four hours to respond. Administrators are not responsible for any technical failures. Winning entry will be verified. Residents of Canada will be required to enter a skill-testing question to claim their prize. Once verified and accepted, the winner will choose a prize from any of the remaining prizes that have not already been selected by previous winners. If no response is received within twenty-four hours, another winner will be chosen. If a response from the first winner is received later than twenty four hours but before the 3rd winner has been selected, that winner will be awarded the current later choice of remaining prizes. For example: if the 1st winner replies 30 hours late, at which time the 2nd winner has been selected; the 1st winner shall now be declared the 3rd winner. The winner selection process will be repeated until three (3) winner(s) have been chosen in total. A list of winners will be displayed on WakeMAKERS' website. Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial. Maximum 1 prize per household.

DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES: Winners shall receive their choice of ONE of the following, as long as it has not already been claimed by a previous winner as outlined above:

  • One (1) voucher ("gift card") for WakeMAKERS redeemable through www.wakemakers.com for the value of $500 USD.
  • One (1) voucher ("gift card") for WakeMAKERS redeemable through www.wakemakers.com for the value of $250 USD.
  • One (1) voucher ("gift card") for WakeMAKERS redeemable through www.wakemakers.com for the value of $250 USD.

Total value of all prizes approximately is $1,000 USD.

OTHER GENERAL RULES: Facebook and/or Instagram are in no way associated with this giveaway. Unless otherwise mentioned, dollar values mentioned shall be considered to be United States dollars. Images included in the giveaway post may not depict the exact prize, and are for illustrative purposes only.
