ORDER STATUS

Contact us any time you need assistance with your order. Our friendly and knowledgable product experts are happy to help. 

  • If you were logged into you user account when you placed your order you can get the current status of your order in your account to that account.
  • If you did not place your order using an existing using account please contact us for the current status of your order.
  • Review your item's shipping status on the product's page carefully. Items that have different stock statuses may come in separate packages. 
  • Orders that include products that are not in-stock will not be shipped until all products are in stock. Partial shipments are available upon customer request. If you want us to partial ship your order, send an email to support@wakemakers.com requesting a partial ship and include your order #. Customers must reach out and request partial ships. Your order will not partial ship by default.
