FirstFIT by WakeMAKERS is an opportunity to participate in the creation of a complete ballast system for boat models we currently do not have.

Here's how it works:
Please provide us with as much information on your boat as possible. Include measurements of the ballast lockers (L" x W" x H"), along with detailed pictures of this space, ballast hose locations, and pumps.

Then:
We'll place your order as usual for the valid products and we will ship them to you as soon as possible.

Prior to installation, we ask that you document the following:
The wake and/or wave performance you are currently achieving. Please ensure the photo is well-lit, in focus, and taken with a device that offers plenty of resolution (any smartphone from the last couple of years is great). The current implementation of the product you are using (this could be the factory ballast system in the boat, for example). Be sure to document both the fit and function of the existing solution.

Once you're ready to complete the installation of your upgrade, we're looking for the following information:
Confirm the proper fit and function of all components provided to you as part of the solution (are hose lengths correct, do you have the right connection on the end of the hose, etc.). Please provide detail about any unexpected issues that arise during your installation and use.

After you finish the upgrade, please provide:
The wake and/or wave performance you achieve after the upgrade. Please ensure the photo is well-lit, in focus, and taken with a device that offers plenty of resolution (any smartphone from the last couple of years is great). The implementation of the product, including pictures or video of the installation process, and the finished product.

Once our team receives your feedback and media and approves it we will issue a discount on your original order of 100%. Yep, that's right, you're getting hooked up for free! (NOTE: discount will be provided as a refund of your original payment method for up to 30 days after the order is processed and shipped to your door. If we don't hear from you until after 30 days, the refund will be provided as store credit for up to 6 months after the order was processed).
