Prevents water backflow
Durable, lightweight Delrin® plastic
There are a wide array of applications for non-return check valves in wakeboard ballast systems, and we have done extensive testing to ensure the new valves we offer will perform in all situations.
The full flow design of this 1" inline check valve makes it ideal for preventing bags from draining when full because it will not impact the speed of the system when filling. It can also be used with flexible vane impeller pumps to redirect the flow of water.
Another popular application for check valves is to combine two lines while isolating them from one another. That prevents water that is being pumped out of one bag from flowing back down into the other while sharing a common thru-hull connector, which minimizes the number of holes that have to be drilled in the boat.
This lightweight, fully composite, non-return valves require no maintenance, will never rust, and can be installed at any angle in any position (unlike more common household swing check valves) for the ultimate in flexibility.
This 1" inline check valve fitting is also a direct replacement for Fly High's W753 inline check valve fitting. It functions exactly the same, and almost half the price is a great value.
Creates a secure connection to
1" wakeboard ballast hose using two
1" stainless steel hose clamps (sold separately, see related products) that will not leak or damage hose.

does exactly what it's supposed to
Review by shawndoggy on 7/8/11
I had a problem with rear bags auto-draining. With these check valves on my fill lines, that problem is a thing of the past. No perceptible increase in fill times either.

Gets the job done with minimal reduction in flow
Review by Jeff on 5/11/11
Just blowing through these I could tell that they weren't very restrictive. I did a bit of testing with some buckets and an 800 GPH Tsunami pump and it reduced flow by about 0.35 GPM or 8.1% in my particular test scenario. Not sure how that will translate to different flow rates though.

Hose clamps / stainless
Review by Robert on 5/1/11
Installed 4 puppy pumps and 4 fly-high bags, and had A LOT of hose clamps to deal with. The ones wakemakers supplied are unfortunately to light weight to handle the stiffness of the hose required. I would upgrade to the thicker band / bigger nut-screw.
