The 1-1/4" shaft size kit includes a larger padded carry case that fits bigger props up to 18" in diameter.
This is an affordable way to have everything you need on the boat in case of an emergency. If you have a new 5 blade prop, you need to use a harmonic puller as opposed to a C-Clamp due to clearance.

Harmonic puller worked great
The harmonic puller worked surprisingly well. The bag and most of the tools are good. The extra nut, brass key stock and cotter pin are handy. The one star loss is is because the needle nose pliers are pretty low quality. They are already a little bent and marred from removing the cotter pin so I'll likely end up replacing those sooner than expected.
All in all a super handy kit, glad I purchased it.

Did not fit
Solid tools, but the Harmonic puller was too large for the threads on the shaft. Bought the prop sized to fit (using their smart prop sizer) and fit as expected. But could not get my old prop off due to harmonic puller not seating properly. Had to drive boat to marina to get them to pull old prop off.

Thanks for taking the time to review this product. We're sorry the 1-1/4" version you purchased was not the correct size for your boat, which needs the 1", 1-1/8" version based on the size of the threads on the end of your shaft. That creates confusion routinely, and we're sorry for that.

A Must Have
If you're going to have a spare prop on your boat, you need to have this toolkit to go along with it. Keeps your prop covered so you don't slam your hands into it when digging through a locker for something else, and has all of the tools you need to swap the prop, making it an easy job.
