Technology Behind Ronix BrainFrame
Ronix continues to innovate and deliver the some of the best wakeboard bindings out there. Ronix introduced the first baseless wakeboard binding and is now releasing their latest piece of aquatic innovation. Their most intense R&D project ever, the Ronix BrainFrame bindings took over 3 years, 100 prototypes, and 1100 hours of on-water testing before they released them prior to the 2015 season.
Brainframe technology delivers the best in fit, function, and interchangeability. All the bindings also have Intuition+ liners for a fully customizable heat molded fit - you can't say that about other brands in the industry. Feetbelts help with ankle and heel hold by conforming to your foot independently from the bindings shell. Double stuff footbeds self align to your natural foot canting and the RAD foam helps with impact support during big landings. The end result is a boot with better board to binding reaction and less heel and toe lift than a traditional baseless boot.
One of the most unique features of the Brainframe technology is that riders have the ability to customize different parts of the boot to create their own "one-off" binding. Each binding has removable gaskets and baseplate options, so you can stick with the stock binding look or make something that's designed to fit your own style. This also comes in handy if you ever have to replace gaskets or baseplates in the unfortunate event of a binding blowout.
