The newly designed 2011 Supreme v226 wakeboard boat has a lot to offer with a price tag that makes sense. Current boat show prices range from the low 50's to mid 60's depending on what options you deem necessary. Supreme utilized a new floor plan to produce the sensation that this 22'6" wakeboard boat must be at least 24' but it didn't stop there. When engineers developed the new pickle fork hull design they came to market with the deepest-V hull we have seen to date. Supreme's are known for their massive amount of free board but this boat takes the cake. The 1,100 pounds of stock ballast will produce a good wake but lets be honest we want an awesome surf wake. It will take a lot more ballast to produce the amount of displacement we need to achieve the wake that the Supreme v226 is capable of.

Combine the factory ballast with the Surf Series package and the Supreme v226 is pushed to Centurion Enzo status. The Surf Series package options include the Surf platform and Switchblade wake-enhancement system. The cut down swim deck has a shape that will not disrupt the flow of water off of the hull when wakesurfing and the popular Switchblade turns the v226 into a world class wakesurf boat with the flip of a switch.

Supreme v226 Stock Ballast Surf Wake:

The deepest-V hull in the industry and 740 lbs. of stock ballast (380-lb. center tank, 360-lb. rear tank) will form a wake that has enough push for most surfers to ride all summer long without any additional ballast. The size is moderate but the sweet spot is longer than average allowing riders to surf up to five feet back from the swim platform with ease. As you can see from this picture the trough is compact which will help keep the Wakesurf board from diving or falling through the trap door when the rider moves out of the sweet spot.

The only downside to the Supreme factory ballast system is that the intake thru-hull fittings are mounted on the transom and not on the bottom of the hull. This will inhibit the filling of the hard tanks while underway which in our opinion is a design flaw that other Wakeboard Boat manufacturers learned from years ago. The upside to the system is that Supreme is using Attwood Tsunami T1200 Pumps to fill which should make the ballast system one of the fastest on the market. Shop Supreme Prop Upgrades
